## FAQ
### How do I book a game?
Open the PitchUp app, filter by day and format (5v5, 6v6 or 11v11) and tap a match to see the venue, price, host and who has already joined. Then tap Reserve my spot.

### How do I pay?

### How much does a game cost?

### What happens when a game is full?
Full games have a waitlist. If a player cancels, the next player on the waitlist can take the spot.

### Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, from My bookings in the app. Your refund depends on how much notice you give before kick-off: 24 hours or more gets a full refund, 6 to 24 hours gets 50%, and less than 6 hours gets no refund.

You get a full refund.

### When will I get my refund?
The refund starts when the booking is cancelled. How long it takes to reach your account depends on your bank. You can follow its status on your booking.

Yes. Games are mixed level, and every match shows the format and who is playing, so you can pick one that suits you.

### What should I bring?
