How to become a host

    Sign in to the app

    Download PitchUp and sign in. Your application uses the name and email on your account.

  2. 02

    Apply to host

    Tell us where you’d like to host and how we can reach you. It takes a couple of minutes.

  3. 03

    We review it

    Our team checks your application and replies within 24 to 48 hours.

  4. 04

    Post your first match

    Open the host panel, set the venue, time, format and price, and players can start booking.

Who can become a host?

Anyone with a PitchUp account can apply, whether you run a weekly game with friends, a league or a venue.

How long does approval take?

We reply within 24 to 48 hours. You can follow the status of your application in the app.

What happens if I need to cancel a game?

Players get a full refund when the host cancels, so cancel from the host panel as early as you can.
